ITINERARY FOR TSAVO EAST, AMBOSELI, LAKE NAKURU AND MASAAI MARA MIGRATION TOURS
Day 1 Tsavo east, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara Migration: Nairobi–Aberdares
In the Aberdares you find icy rivers, spectacular waterfalls and rain forests. Here Elephants, Buffalos and other animals visit you at the floodlit waterholes of The Ark.
From Nairobi, take a 2.5 hour drive to the Aberdares Country Club. You pass through the industrial town of Thika and the intensely cultivated farms of the central Kenya. Relax at the Aberdares Country Club before. After Lunch be taken to The Ark FOR CHECK IN. Dinner and overnight at The Ark
Day 2 Tsavo east, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara Migration tour: Aberdares–Lake Nakuru
Lake Nakuru claim to fame is anchored on its flamingo’s and the over 400 species of birds found here. This soda lake on the floor of the Rift Valley is host to millions of flamingos and an important refuge for endangered species-particularly Rothschild Giraffe and black and white rhino.
After breakfast at the Ark, transfer back to the Aberdares Country Club. Then drive to Lake Nakuru in time for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge/Lake Nakuru Lodge. At 1530 hrs proceed for an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Dinner and overnight at Sarova Lion Hill Lodge/Lake Nakuru Lodge.
Day 3 Tsavo east, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara Migration tour: Tsavo West-Amboseli
Early breakfast, then proceed for a morning game drive with a visit of Mzima Springs, where you can see hippos and fish in a crystalline clear water. There are possibilities of seeing crocodiles and monkeys. Later proceed to Amboseli National park arriving in time for lunch and check in at camp/lodge. Afternoon games drive within the Amboseli which lies at the floors of Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Kilimanjaro offers scenic backgrounds for photography. Elephants, Lions, Cheetah, Buffalo etc. can be seen at the swamp area. Dinner and overnight at camp/Lodge.
Day 4 Tsavo east, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara Migration tour: Amboseli-Lake Nakuru
Early morning breakfast and check out. Have a game en-route to Lake Nakuru arriving in time for lunch check in at Lodge have lunch and relax. Later in the afternoon have a game drive to see one of the largest ornithological spots, Flamingo, and a variety of wildlife not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black Rhino found in this park. Dinner and overnight at Lodge
Day 5 Tsavo east, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara Migration tours: Lake Nakuru-Masai Mara drive
Early morning breakfast. After breakfast leave Lake Nakuru for Masai Mara arriving in time for lunch. Check in at camp or Lodge and have lunch. Afternoon game drive through the park in search of the Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo . Dinner and overnight at camp or Lodge.
Day 6 Tsavo east, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara Migration tours: Masai Mara
Early morning game drive then return back to camp for breakfast. after breakfast Full day spend in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo and the dangerous Crocodiles with a visit to Mara river. Meals and overnight at camp or Lodge.
Day 7 Tsavo east, Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara Migration: Masai Mara – Nairobi
Early Morning breakfast at your camp check out of the camp as we drive to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. Lunch. Afterwards drop off at your respective hotel or Airport.
