Our 10 days wildlife safari to Uganda and Rwanda provides tourist a great experience to visit Kibale National park for Chimpanzee trekking, Queen Elizabeth National park for Wildlife and Ishasha famous for popular tree climbing lions but also has a segment of two time Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi and Parc Volcanoes Uganda and Rwanda respectively. Day 1: Kampala- Kibale National Park
On our 10 days wildlife safari to Uganda and Rwanda day 1, you will be received by our driver/guide as they pick you up from your hotel or place of residence in Kampala by 08:00am after breakfast for the fascinating drive through papyrus swamps and thick jungle of the Nile Delta to Kibale National Park just under the Rwenzori Mountains. Afternoon guided walk in the crater lakes area of the park for outstanding cultural visit. Meals and over night at Kyaninga Lodge. A stunning location overlooking a dramatic Crater Lake and the fabled “Mountains of the Moon”. Meal plan: (L, D)

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking Kibale National Park
In the morning you will have breakfast then be transferred to Kibale Head quarters for briefing before setting off for chimpanzees trail. Chimp trail is one interesting activity to do on this 10 days wildlife safari to Uganda and Rwanda. The trail will be guided to provide information not only on chimpanzees and primates but also on small organisms making it interesting. The walk will reward you with other primates like Grey cheeked Mangabeys, Colobus monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys, phoestes, and butterflies. After tracking the chimps in the afternoon you will go for a nature walk to the Bigodi swamp- to see unique flora and fauna. Meals and over night at Kyaninga Lodge. A stunning location overlooking a dramatic Crater Lake and the fabled “Mountains of the Moon”. Meal plan: (L, D)

Day 3: Kibale National Park–Queen Elizabeth Park
Begin your morning with a visit to the Nyakasura falls in Fort Portal, thereafter drive to the south into Queen Elizabeth National Park, sightseeing and game viewing enroute as we encounter our 10 days wildlife safari to Uganda and Rwanda. Dinner and overnight at spectacular Mweya Lodge right on the edge of the escarpment overlooking the Uganda great Lakes and Maramagambo forest respectively. Meal plan: (B, L, D)

Day 4: Queen Elizabeth Park
Our 10 days wildlife safaris to Uganda and Rwanda proceeds with a Morning game drive in Uganda’s best park, where all the big game can be seen in abundance. Famous for elephant and kobs, expect to see some rarer animals like giant forest hog. There are 638 recorded bird species in the park! After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel which connects Lakes Edward and George, for large numbers of buffalo and hippo. Dinner and overnight at spectacular Mweya Lodge right on the edge of the escarpment overlooking the Uganda great Lakes and Maramagambo forest. Meal plan: (B, L, D)

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth Park-Ishasha Sector
Today’s drive is through what is probably East Africa’s most spectacular scenery, the highland rain forests that connects to the volcanoes which happen to habitat the mountain gorillas. A visit to the bat Cave close to Maramagambo forest or a glance of Kyambura gorge is a must! Head to Ishasha section the afternoon relaxation. In the evening make a game drive in search fro the rare tree climbing lions. Overnight and diner at Ishasha Wildness camp Meal plan: (B, L, D)

Day 6: Ishasha – Bwindi
Ready for an early morning breakfast, before you drive off to Bwindi, enjoy a guided nature walk in the Ishasha wild along the Ishasha River, thereafter take on a mid morning game drive to spot more tree climbing lions. After lunch drive to Bwindi via the beautiful scenery of the tea plantations. This is the lushest highland rain forest on earth, filled with primates and exotic birds. The
afternoon is spent on a foot safari around the local communities living around the park. Dinner and over night at either Buhoma Lodge Meal plan: (B, L, D)

Day 7: Gorilla Trekking Bwindi
Begin the day with breakfast as we get ready for gorilla trekking on our 10 days wildlife safari to Uganda and Rwanda, which begins at 8:00 am with a briefing from the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) staff. Ensure to carry along with you rain jacket, drinking water, snacks, jungle boots etc The guides will lead you inside the jungle to see the shy Primates for a group you have been booked for. Do not forget to take your lunch boxes and all the necessary gear to track the rare Mountain Gorilla, perhaps one of the most exciting wildlife experiences on earth. The tracking may take between 2 and 6 hours but it’s well worth the effort. The afternoon is spent on a foot safari around the local communities living around the park. Day 8: Bwindi –Rwanda Parc Volcanoes
After breakfast, drive to Rwanda as you enjoy the rolling hills for which Rwanda is well known to Ruhengere via Musanze with a community or village walk. Evening relaxation and sightseeing Dinner and overnight at Le’Bambou Gorilla Lodge Meal plan: (B, L, and D)

Day 9: Second Gorilla Trekking Rwanda
After breakfast, you will depart for the headquarters of the Park where your driver-guide will accomplish the necessary formalities for you. You will meet your ranger guide(s) for a briefing about the greatest gorilla trail experience ever! After the trekking, lunch. Afternoon relaxation and overnight at Le’Bambou Gorilla Lodge Meal plan: (B, L, and D

Day 10: Kigali City Tour and Out for Departure

After your African cup of coffee as you round up our 10 days wildlife safari to Uganda and Rwanda, we get ready for a drive to visit Kigali for a city tour which includes the Genocide Memorial centre at Gisozi. The Kigali City tour will enable you visit the colorful markets, genocide memorials and craft centers are the main areas of interest. In Rwanda you will find all over the country Memorials to remember the genocide of 1994. Where the history of the genocide is explained. A visit to the genocide memorial is for most visitors an emotional event. Lunch at any local restaurants in Kigali and thereafter drive to Kigali International Airport for your flight schedule either back home of to your next destination
